David Slade adding more Edward to 'Twilight: Eclipse'. David Slade is the latest director to take over Summit Entertainment wildly popular and extremely successful "Twilight" franchise. He's been handed the reigns to helm the third installment in the series titled "Twilight Saga: Eclipse". Fortunately, Slade knows a thing or two when it comes to making a good vampire flick. I mean, he did direct the horror flick "30 Days of Night".

What we like about David Slade is that he's always keeping his Twitter followers up-to-date with the status of "Eclipse". In fact, just recently he made the post, "Cutting like crazy, the film is getting closer working through the weeknds again, adding more EDWARD!"

So for all you "Twilight" fans out there worried that the third installment won't feature much of Edward, played by Robert Pattinson, you heard it straight from the director's mouth. You have absolutely nothing to worry about.
