'Harry Potter' theme park preview prior to Superbowl. Universal Orlando Resort's Island of Adventures park is promoting its new theme park attraction based on Warner Bros. wildly popular and extremely successful "Harry Potter" franchise. The attraction will be called "The Wizarding World of Harry Potter".
The 20-acre park addition is planned to open in the Spring of 2010. The details of the park have not been revealed, but hints may have been shown, including a glimpse of Hogwarts castle. There are also some rumors floating around that the attraction will consists of a replicated Hogsmeade Village. Wouldn't that be just brilliant?
It's been estimated that the television commercial airing during the Superbowl will be costing between $2.5 million to $3 million for a 30-second spot. After all the cash Warner Bros. has raked in over the years with the "Harry Potter" franchise, that amount should be pocket change for the studio.
